In my former role as digital lead, I constantly find ways to automate repetitive and manual tasks. I drew motivation from improving staff's daily workflow through implementation of digital strategies including developing training materials and extending hands-on support.

Invigorated by the joy and value sowed through technology and seeing the power of programming in one's hands, I realised my vision of building empathy-driven technologies is only as far away as the courage to pursue it. This curiosity and courage have led me into General Assembly's software engineering immersive programme and I am thrilled to carry my zest for growth into organisations that value new ideas, empathy, diversity, inclusivity and best programming practices.
